Basal implants: an asset for immediate rehabilitation – a case report

Abstract

Teeth are considered to be distinct organs of bony structure. Missing teeth has been replaced using various modalities. The introduction of conventional and advanced basal implants has  become a boon to dentistry, over the traditional approaches. The phenomenal introduction of the basal implant inculcated new broad indications and almost no limitations. The system offers minimal surgical intervention and reduced postoperative pain, swelling and discomfort.
